Meredith Bell has been an entrepreneur since 1982, and she's an expert in helping companies develop the people side of their business. In her first business as a consultant and trainer, she conducted hundreds of programs for leaders and the members of their teams, helping them communicate and work together more effectively. Meredith is co-founder and President of Performance Support Systems (PSS), a global software company based in Virginia.
