Nicole Schapiro & Associates (NSA) designs and delivers customized, dynamic, and practical training programs to improve any organization's bottom line. These programs include Building Effective Teams, Strategic Planning, The Art and Science of Negotiating and Influencing, 21st Century Leadership Development, Managing Continuous Change, and Customer Delight in the Private and Public Sector.

Ms. Schapiro has coached the privatization of Hungarian businesses, served on numerous boards and committees such as the San Francisco Chamber Business Development Committee, U.S. Chamber Institute, and has taught at Stanford University and the Wharton School of Business.

Ms. Schapiro has appeared on major television and radio shows including Oprah, BBC and CNN, authored numerous management and leadership articles and is multi-lingual.

Her book, Negotiating For Your Life (Holt Publishers), was featured on the New York Times’ bestseller list and was reviewed by the San Francisco Chronicle as “this year’s best contribution to business self-help books”.

Ms. Schapiro has received numerous awards for her business and community service contributions, such as Toastmaster International’s Leadership Award, in 1995 was named International Woman of the Year, in 1996 she was nominated for Woman of the Year by KGO Television, she was named the San Francisco Small Business Administration’s Woman Business Advocate of the Year for 1999 and was honored in September of 2000 as a 21st Century Dynamic Woman by the American Business Women’s Association.
