Camino means - way, road, path. The Leaders Path and life itself is a Camino, a journey we decide to take. It is, hopefully, a long journey. A journey of experiences, insights and steps taken along the journey.
2 of the most asked questions when preparing for El Camino de Santiago, the Camino, are:
How do I train for my Camino? And
What should I carry on my Camino?
These same two questions are what are asked by family, friends, clients as they prepare for their lives, careers and relationships.
I gained insight into life and my journey as a leader when I walked my first Camino across Spain in August 2022 and more when I did my second in August of 2023.
