June 8 — Matthew Cahill: If You Have a Brain, You Have Bias!™

Cognitive biases reside in the 99+% of how we unconsciously process information in any given moment.

Most of the time, they serve us very well. Understanding when they don’t is key to improving our decisions, relationships, and organizations. In this interactive presentation, Matthew introduces a common language that differentiates between various types of biases. By identifying the hidden (and not-so-hidden) biases that are impacting company performance, we can strengthen workplace and personal relationships.
To get started, please take 4-6 minutes to complete the unconscious bias assessment which will help ensure the best results during - and after- the presentation.
